Welcoming and helpful staff all around from housekeeping to the general manager. The rooms have spotty internet and come with kitchens, which are convenient. 🌟

I had great days staying at this family-friendly hotel. The property was a good choice for enjoying a good area, so close to the Jungle, Zoo and a major shopping center. The staff was very nice and exceptional, providing a helpful service.

The room of this place was wonderful on the second level. The food was different in the bar. The staff were good and kind in the entire hotel. The property's location was favourable, just off "the Jungle ", and the airport.

A little hesitant at first, but once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the Residence Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fully-stocked kitchen and a cozy bed. Despite a few minor issues, like a difficult door and a bit of dust, the overall experience was positive. The staff greeted me warmly and answered all my questions. The location was convenient, close to a shopping center. I would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend this hotel.

Booked a room on the second level. All of the staff were wonderful, courteous. I found the hotel's location marvellous, close to `` the Jungle '', Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay and/or Carmel, and the grocery store.
